The aim of my prenatal classes is that you can
Feel empowered and at the same time stay open-minded for your birth experience
Connect with other expectant parents and exchange experiences
Develop a greater awareness of your body and its role during labour and birth
Make informed decisions throughout pregnancy, labour and birth
Get a feeling and idea of what to expect during birth and the postpartum period
My classes are interactive and combine practical exercises, evidence-based information and open discussion. This approach helps you feel well prepared for the birth of your baby. You can expect to:
Learn about important aspects of labour, birth, postpartum period, breastfeeding and infant nutrition
Get to know and perceive breathing and relaxation techniques to use during labour
Explore how movement and different birth positions can influence labour, with plenty of opportunities to try them out for yourselves

Duration & Schedule: The course consists of 14 hours in total
Saturday & Sunday from 09:00 am – 01:00 pm & 02:00 pm - 05:00 pm
Class Fee
Public health insurance: Fee will be covered by your health insurance
Private health insurance: Please check with your insurance provider
Fee for partner: 150 €, usually not covered by German health insurance
